Client and Travel Agent Agreement
PARTIES INVOLVED:
- ("The Client"): As an individual or a representative of an organization who wishes to avail the services of the Travel Agent.
- Nicole Atterberry, corresponding as Nikki Hill Vacations based in Fairless Hills, PA ("The Agent"). An Independent Affiliate of A. S. A. P. Cruises Inc.,a.k.a Outside agents, of Travel Leaders Network consortium, Licensed as Florida Seller of Travel Ref. No. ST15578 - CST 2090937-50 – Washington UBID No. 603189022
This Agreement is made effective upon the date of reservation (The "Effective Date").
SERVICES: The Agent, upon agreement, shall provide travel arrangement services which include but are not limited to vacation planning, ticketing, reservation, accommodation, and travel consultations.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT: The Client is responsible for providing all required information in a timely manner when requested by the Agent. This includes accurate names as they appear on passports, date of birth, and card details for payment.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AGENT: The Agent will use her expertise and due diligence to create the most satisfying and comprehensive travel itinerary for the Client, partnering with reliable suppliers like Iberostar, Riu Hotels, Hilton, Sandals and Beaches Resorts.
TERMINATION:This Agreement may be terminated at any time by either party.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Agent, while ensuring due diligence, is not responsible for changes in schedule by airlines, hotels or other travel providers.
GOVERNING LAWS: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
PRIVACY: The Agent will respect and protect the Client's privacy and personal information according to relevant laws and regulations.
OPTIONAL ADD ONS AND POTENTIAL FEES
Generally, additional agent fees are not added to the vacation package except for when the reservation is for a group of 6 or more. Or if the added amenity is a compliment to the vacation package made after the original time of booking, as well as, those listed as *concierge services.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
Concierge services are an added feature available to you as a service from the agent/agency to complement your vacation package. If added, these fees will appear on your statement as “Paypal Outside Agent-Travel Agent Nicole Atterberry.” This service may be used for add ons such as booking a florist, send a gift basket, buy tickets plus more. Pricing as follows:

Change/Cancellation fee- Changes to your hotel or flight made after your deposit is paid will result in a $35 rebooking fee paid to the agent and additional cost may be incurred by the hotel or airline. Please reference the policies of the hotel, airline provided to you by the agent or you may search for the specific hotel or airline policies online. Specific vendor cancellation policies will be included within your quote as vendor cancellation fee(s) and refunds are calculated based on the 3rd party vendor policies.
Airfare reservation fees
If air is not purchased as part of the package at the time of booking then the traveler will be responsible to book on their own and track on your own. The agent will not be responsible to track your flights or make calls or arrangements if issues arise with the flight. Otherwise, you may request that an agent at Nikki Hill Vacations book on your behalf, a $25 booking fee will be charged and payable directly to the agent.
Flight Changes/Cancellations
Flight arrangements are an optional service provided by the agent. *Conditions Apply: For air-inclusive prices, additional fees for baggage may apply. Please contact your airline or refer to its website for detailed information regarding their checked baggage policies. Special promotions are valid on new bookings only. Prices are per person and based on double occupancy. Tour and land packages only include round-trip midweek fares from select cities and do not include meals unless otherwise indicated. Savings reflect land prices only and vary by resort and travel dates. Availability is limited. Seats may not available on all flights or tours. Rates and/or package prices on airfares, cruises and tours are subject to holiday blackouts, peak period surcharges, and cancellation charges may be applicable of up to the full price paid depending on the fare and/or package and when it is canceled. Other restrictions may apply and vary by resort and airline carrier. Nikki Hill Vacations does not assume responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the offers displayed.
Holds
In some cases reservations can be held with the rate quoted for 48 hours. After that time, a new quote will be required which can sometimes be more or less than originally quoted amount.
Deposits
The following credit cards are accepted for travel, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.
Prices are subject to increase prior to the time you make full payment. Prices are not subject to increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes or fees.
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS
Monthly plans are available for most vacations that are booked 45-60 days prior to departure. Payment plan options vary by hotel or supplier. Our payment plans are generally processed via affirm, uplift, or the specific supplier offering this service and is not guaranteed. Follow the guidance of the payment plan service provider for late payments.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is optional yet highly recommended. However, you agree to look solely to the insurer, and not to Nikki Hill Vacations or agents of Nikki Hill Vacations, with respect to any policy of insurance purchased or offered through Nikki Hill Vacations. Based on your travel plans and the relationship that I have with some travel insurance providers, the agent may recommend and sell their services however I am not a licensed travel insurance representative, please consult with the vendors licensed insurance representative for specific questions or concerns with travel insurance. I earn some of my income through recommending third party services in which I may receive compensation for the referral.
SPECIAL PROMOTIONS
Conditions apply with all promotions displayed: Special promotions are valid on new bookings only. All offers have no cash value, are not combinable with any other offers and are not transferable. Nikki Hill Vacations does not assume responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the offers displayed.
All reservations require a plan to go deposit of $100 per room. The plan to go deposit will be applied toward the cost of your booking and used to place a 48 hour hold on your reservation or added toward your deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of placing the hold, you will be refunded the full $100 deposit amount. However, if you cancel your booking after 48 hours, the $100 deposit will not be refunded. The credit card charge will appear on your statement as “Paypal Travel Agent Outside Agents-Nicole Atterberry”. If the booking is for a vacation more than 45 days before departure, payment can be made in full at time of booking, or (if applicable) an initial deposit can be made, and the remaining balance paid no less than 45 days before departure.
